Everything we needed for a GREAT 2 night stay. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a pleasant addition.

False advertising. Our "No-Smoking" room reeked of smoke...it was suffocating. We had to remove the grimy bed quilts and place them in a far corner. We had to open the window and crank up the air conditioner all night long, just so we could somewhat breathe. The bathroom sink stopper was broken, so water backed up in the basin until we levered it with a Q-tip. Parking was great....if you were on a bicycle. The spaces were much too small to comfortably ease a mid-size car into.

Grim. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the air conditioner smelled like piss and there was a leak from the toilet on the floor above us. Not worth the savings

I liked that it was close to Pasadena City College, that is where the event was that I was going to.
I did not like the false advertizing: stated that there was vending machines. There was one soda machine and it was out of order. No food. There was no ice in the hotel, it was outside and you had to pay for it. There was no place to sit and eat the continental breakfast, that was a very poor selection of food. Also, my room and bathroom was very dirty. A light bulb was missing from one of the lights. The parking, although was free, was very tight in the garage.

Location. Great centralized spot to all the Los Angeles area has to offer.
Insufficient and very cramped parking. Front desk staff was rude and unfriendly. Other hotel guests were out in halls smoking Marijuana. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pay the extra money and stay elsehwere.

It was reasonably close to downtown and well connected via bus. The hotel was fairly clean, quiet, and reasonably inexpensive for the area.
The cost was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I guess that's Pasadena.

Excellent value! My wife & I took a weekend trip to Pasadena to visit some museums and sepnt two nights at this motel. Room was large, came with a nice size fridge and small microwave and a flat-screen TV. Bed was comfortable. I asked for some extra pillows, and they were brought up in just a few minutes! Parking garage is right below the hotel, which makes it very convenient. Downtown Pasadena was only a few miles away on the same road. Only drawback is that the bathroom sink does not have a countertop on which to place toothbrush, shaving materials, etc.

Rooms are huge, with everything we needed (microvawe oven, coffee maker...). Didn't go for breakfast, so can't say anything about it. We chose the hotel mainly because of the location (we attended the wedding nearby), but if you want to visit LA as tourist, Pasadena is not where you'll be staying.
Everything was great, this hotel is great value for the money you pay

The only thing I liked was the location due to the Rose Parade.
It was dirty, noisy and the bed was hard. The pillow case smelled nasty and the walls are paper thin. It felt like I heard everybody in the hotel like a dorm room. I could not sleep well for many reasons. The bed was hard and I kept hearing door slams and people talking. For paying close to 200 dollars does not compare to most hotels I have stayed at.
